1.) Fill out the online booking form, you'll need to provide your personal and payment details. This will hold the property until a deposit payment of 20% has been made – please note, a booking request form does not confirm your booking.

2.) After you've submitted the online booking form, you'll receive a holding confirmation email with the details on how to make a payment.

3.) Process the payment for the 20% deposit to secure your holiday home.

4.) The remainder will be charged 3 weeks before the stay date.

5.) Once full payment is taken, an email confirmation will be sent along with all the details of your booking, including the property address, check-in instructions, and any other important information.

6.) If you have any questions or need to make any changes to your booking, you can contact us at any time.

7.) Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a reminder email with all the details you need to know for your stay. You will be provided with key safe code and any additional information you need for your stay.
